RICH MATHISON SERVICE AWARD

The Rich Mathison Service Award is made possible by the Rosetown Royals Swim Team. The criteria were developed by the Rosetown Royals Swim Team.

This award was created to recognize coaches who are an essential part of summer clubs. This will honour long standing members who have helped build clubs and develop swimmers in their communities. Rich was an excellent example of dedication and service to a club. This award is to recognize coaches who have displayed his qualities of leadership and commitment.

Criteria:

  • 10 years of consecutive coaching; may be at multiple clubs.

  • Any coach level/type (must be fully Trained as Community Sport Coach or higher)

  • May be paid or volunteer

  • Award may only be given once to a coach

Nominations are due 4 weeks prior to Summer Provincial Finals to Rosetown Royals Swim Club

Trophy to be held at Rosetown Royals Swim Club and presented at Provincials each year awarded.
